Any employee or former employee, any person in respect of whom a procedure for the establishment of an employment relationship have been initiated, a) a self-employed person, a sole proprietorship if it has a contractual relationship with our company, b) a person who holds a share in our company, and c) a person who is a member of the management, executive or supervisory board of our company, including a non-executive member, d) initiated a procedure for the establishment of a contractual relationship with our company, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers or persons under the supervision and direction of a contractor, subcontractor, supplier or agent, trainees and volunteers who have or have had a contractual relationship with our company, persons who have or have had a contractual relationship with our company in accordance with a), a person who wishes to enter into a legal or contractual relationship with us under a), b) or d) and who has commenced proceedings to enter into such a legal or contractual relationship, and a person whose legal or contractual relationship with us under a), b) or d) has ceased.
The system also allows for anonymous reporting of cases. It is also possible to reveal the identity of the person concerned, thus facilitating the rapid and efficient conduct of investigations. All reports are treated confidentially. Please note that we are not obliged to investigate your anonymous submission.
If it becomes apparent that you have communicated false information in bad faith and that there are indications that a crime or offence has been committed, or that you have unlawfully caused damage or other legal harm to others, your personal data must be handed over (upon request) to the body or person entitled to initiate or conduct proceedings.
