    The Kögel Mega is designed for low-height tractor units. It is perfectly suited to fulfil the classic tasks of automotive industry. The 3 meter headroom combined with a high floor load capacity allows the transportation of high volume goods. Well-designed construction solutions ensure fast and convenient loading and unloading of goods.

    Options – equipment packages
    The 55 mm swan-neck mega trailer with a coupling height of 910 mm does not exceed the permissible total height of 4 meters at an internal height of 3 meters.
    Kögel Mega Light: low unladen weight and increased payload combined with high stability
    Mega Rail: The trailer is made suitable for combined transport by its reinforced chassis, its unique design for crane and the reinforcement of the side tarpaulin in the right places.
    Mega TIR: Customs clearance-proof design with or without side wall.
    Mega Coil: The trailer is equipped with a steel coil conveyor trough in accordance with VDI 2700.
    Paper roll conveyor design: The trailer has 4 longitudinally arranged rails for securing the coils with wedges.
    Octabin equipment: It means interchangeable slats, u.n.C rails, which are used to secure the load with telescopic rods.
    Daimler 9.5 design: Used in the automotive industry. It includes front wall reinforcement, pallet stop ledge, 24 strap hooks for tarpaulin and 3 rows of side slats.
    Ferry/RoRo: It allows escorted or unaccompanied transport by ferry or boat, it is equipped with 4 pairs of large lashing rings and suitable signs.
    Beverage delivery design: Individually designed equipment for safe transport of beverage compartments, beverage pallets and barrels.
    Tire transport equipment: Optimal design for transporting rubber tires stacked on top of each other or cascading manner up to 15 tons.
    Kögel Mega is available with side wall on request.
    Custom part loads and other equipment, with up to 22.5-inch wheels instead of 19.5 inches.
    Kögel Mega – Perfect Height: Also available with 55 mm swan-neck.

  • Car rental for private partners

    Individuals will need a credit/debit card to pay the rental fee and create a deposit, besides signing the contract and the GTC.

  • How can I pay the deposit as an individual?

    For short terms rentals no deposit is required from individuals. Bring your credit/debit card and our colleague will pre-authorise a security deposit on your account. Deposit refunds are given immediately upon returning the rented vehicle. Accessibility of the amount in question is determined by the internal rules of procedure of your card-issuing bank.

    IMPORTANT: In the event of a fine received for the period while the vehicle was in your use, your account will be debited for that amount and, of course, all the documents related to the fine will be sent to you.

  • How can I rent a car as a company?

    If your company meets the requirements for a credit check, you must pay a security deposit (which is usually equivalent to a monthly fee of 1 or 2 months) and pay the first monthly fee after signing the contract and the GTC.
    IMPORTANT: cash payment is not possible; payments can only be made via bank transfer or by credit/debit card. On reception of the funds, you will receive a notification telling you when your vehicle can be picked up from our premises.

  • For what time period can I rent a vehicle?

    You can rent a vehicle for a one-day or for a 1-72-month period.

  • What is included in the rental fee?

    “Full Service” includes vehicle depreciation, leasing fee, maintenance, repair, replacement of tires due to wear, replacement of vehicles for long repairs, periodic vehicle tests, CASCO insurance, compulsory insurance, weight tax and administrative costs related to the registration of the vehicle.

  • Where can I return and drop off the rented vehicle?

    At the moment we have two pick up and drop off sites in Hungary and one in Slovakia.

    Hungary:

    • Vans, trucks: H-1097 Budapest, Táblás utca 38.
    • Tractors, semitrailers: H-2310 Szigetszentmiklós, Leshegy utca 13.

    The whole Slovakian fleet is managed on one site: Poľná 17, 903 01 Senec, Slovakia
